Sanded and dried existing finishes, 1K or 2K primer
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Remove wax, silicon or other contaminations
with 3910 Degreaser.

POT LIFE:
3-4 hours with PC-4612 @ 68° F

ADDITIVES:
• Blushing: 3960 Retarder Solvent over 86° F. Refer to tech
sheet of Retarder Solvent for details.
Fisheyes: 3930 Anti Silicon (0.5-1%) in the paint remained
and re-spray the affected area.
Overspray: 3920 Thinner SRA. Refer to tech sheet of
Thinner SRA for details.

APPLICATION:
Spray gun set up:
Gravity feed: 1.2-1.5mm
Siphon feed:
3-5kg/cm²
1.4-1.7mm
3-5kg/cm²
Please refer to gun manufacturer for proper spray pressure
recommendations.
Coats: 2-3 coats, 40-60pm
Flash off time: 3-5 mins.

Air drying: allow 15-20 mins.

When ambient temperature is lower than 41°F, to fast
the film drying time, allow a full bake at 140°F.
The products mixed with hardener should be used up
within 0.5 hour.
Shelf Life: 2 years in original sealed can at cool and dry
place at 41-95°F.
