DESCRIPTION:
Perfecoat PC-5000 HS High gloss clearcoat has mirror
effect and deep rich gloss. It is suitable for overall refinish
and spot repair while offering durability, yellowing resistance
and excellent chemical resistance.

PC-5001 Fast Activator <65°F
PC-5002 Standard Activator 65-86°F
PC-5003 Slow Activator >86°F
SUBSTRATES:
Sanded and dried existing finishes, 1K or 2K primer
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Remove wax, silicon or other contaminations
with 3910 degreaser.
MIX RATIO:
PC-5000 2 parts
PC-5001/5002/5003 1 part
POT LIFE:
2 hours @ 68°F
ADDITIVES:
— Blushing: 3960 Retarder Solvent over 86°F. Refer to tech
sheet of Retarder Solvent for details.
— Fisheyes: 3930 Anti Silicon (0.5-1%) in the paint remained
and re-spray the affected area.
— Overspray: 3920 Thinner SRA. Refer to tech sheet of
Thinner SRA for details.
APPLICATION:
Spray gun set up:
1.3-1.6 mm or equivalent
Air pressures:
HVLP: 8-10 psi at the air cap
Compliant: 28-35 psi at the gun
Please refer to gun manufacturer for proper spray pressure
recommendations.

Flash off time: 5-10 mins. between coats @68°FAir drying: allow 5 mins. purge time beforebaking.

Dust free: 30 minutes
Dry to buff: overnight

CLEARNING:
Clean equipment immediately with solvent after application
